Role Description

Stop Hitting Redial. Start Delivering Elite Advice.

• Conduct in-depth protection reviews (Life, CIC, Income Protection) for customers at the most critical moment of their lives.
• Deliver elite, advised recommendations from a large, competitive panel of providers.
• Maintain our 4.8/5 Trustpilot reputation by putting the customer’s best interests first, every time.
• Work a 39-hour week on a flexible shift pattern (No Saturdays!) designed for performance, not burnout.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 months of previous experience in an advised Protection role.
• CeMAP, CertPro, or R05 (or a willingness to achieve this in your first 3 months).
• You are a high-achiever who is bored with “average.”
• Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to handle complex medical cases with empathy and precision.

Requirements

• £35,000 starting basic salary, rising to 42.5k based on performance & tenure.
• Fully remote – Work from anywhere in the UK.
