Role Description

We are seeking Protection Advisers across the UK to join our established business and help support our increasing client demand. With a strong existing client base, ongoing lead generation strategies, and dedicated administrative support, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced protection professionals looking to maximise their earning potential within a supportive environment.

As a Protection Adviser, you will:

• Work with clients to identify and recommend appropriate protection solutions.
• Help individuals and families protect what matters most.
• Benefit from opportunities generated through existing client relationships.
• Attend our Dartford office just one day per month for team collaboration, development, and business updates.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on protection products.
• Ability to confidently manage client enquiries and opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and maintain high compliance standards.
• Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Desire to contribute to the growth and success of a forward-thinking advice business.

Requirements

• Flexible working: Primarily remote-based role.
• Full-time preferred, although part-time applicants will be considered.
• Self-employed model preferred; employed opportunities available for advisers capable of generating their own business.
