Role Description

This isn't a traditional job. It's an opportunity to build your own income in property auctions, with the technology, training and support of a national auction company behind you.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify properties suitable for auction through direct mail, property portals, social media, your own network and estate agent relationships.
• Speak with sellers and agents, understand their circumstances and explain how auction could provide the right solution.
• Focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property sales, business development or a related field would be beneficial.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passionate about property and comfortable building relationships.
• Confident speaking with property owners and generating new business.
• Professional and capable of representing The Auction Company.
• Ambitious and prepared to build your own pipeline.
• Previous auction experience is not essential — we'll provide the training.

Requirements

• All TAC Auction Partners must complete The Auction Company's required AML and compliance process and receive approval before operating.
