Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Spearhead the growth of new and existing customer accounts by uncovering critical business pain points and demonstrating high-impact software solutions.

Partner with Account Sales Executives to research, develop, and close high-value leads within a specialized territory.

Own the end-to-end buying process for prospects, acting as a visionary pragmatist to ensure our technology meets their real-world needs.

Collaborate with product marketing teams to stay at the cutting edge of industry updates and software enhancements.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic territory plans and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline.
Qualifications

Direct MEP specialty contractor mechanical estimating experience is required.
-
At least 2 years of proven success in sales, with a strong preference for software subscription models.

Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.

Advanced negotiation and communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of an organization.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite, with a willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Requirements

Previous experience specifically utilizing or selling AutoBid software.

A deep network within the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contracting community.

Experience transitioning traditional businesses to SaaS-based digital workflows.
