Role Description
We are seeking a Procurement Expert to join the SpendHound team!
As a Procurement Expert, You Will:

Help customers buy and renew software for a fast-growing company.

Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their purchase objectives.

Regularly update customers on upcoming renewals and learnings, as well as suggest strategies for contract improvements.

Work with the Customer Success team to increase engagement with customers.

Work with SpendHounds Product Team to help us improve and evolve our product.

Proactively audit customers software stack to identify redundancies and optimize their spend.
Qualifications

You are a top-performing Account Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager who is looking to move over from the sell-side to the buy-side.

You have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience at a high-growth SaaS, Procurement Tech, or B2B product company.

You have a proven track record of successfully selling or renewing software.

You have experience with Marketing, Support, and Design tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Figma.

You have a consultative mindset to approaching customer interactions.

You are a professional with high EQ: You are self-aware, empathetic, and sensitive when dealing with others.

You are an individual who is excited to build processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, startup environment.

You are someone who demonstrates a high level of organization and is committed to quality-driven process methods.

You possess a high level of SaaS acumen.

You are a person who demonstrates a passion for emerging technology and enthusiasm for working with our customers to help solve problems.

You possess an analytical approach to diagnose contract details and make quick calculations to identify future cost implications.
