Role Description

The Client Success Specialist (“CSS”) is a multifaceted role that focuses on enhancing client engagement, outbound sales, and effective project management. This position is central to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing private clients.
• Actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Supporting project management functions to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
• Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

This position demands a proactive and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a keen eye for project management.

As a Client Success Specialist at Dale Carnegie Training, you will be an essential member of the Private Sales team, reporting directly to the Director of Private Sales.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B account management, preferably in the corporate training or professional development industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce to track client interactions and sales activities.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
• Passion for personal and professional development.
