[Hiring] Private Client Group Agent @Impact Performance Team

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines professional to join our growing team. As a Private Client Group Agent, you will work with our Corporate Lead team to manage and follow up on warm internal leads. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for sales, strong expertise in commercial lines insurance, and takes real pride in being the reason a client trusts FirstMark with their insurance needs.

• Managing a minimum of 5 warm internal lead calls per week; taking it from intake call all the way through binding their business
• Managing assigned policies in the FirstMark book of business; adding and rounding out coverage for clients
• Working referrals from agency owners

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience in a client-facing role
• Must have a current P&C insurance license
• May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced role
• Organized and proactive

Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000
• Commission: 40% on new business, 25% on add-on coverage and agency owner referral business
