As we scale our presence across WA, we're seeking a commercially sharp sales leader to own direct B2B corporate sales and drive revenue growth in one of Australia's most dynamic markets. You'll build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate clients, influence decision-making at the C-suite level, and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on delivering workplace wellness solutions to mid-market and enterprise organisations.
This role works directly with corporate clients and internal teams across Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding, aligned execution, and measurable revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities

Direct Corporate Sales: Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients across Queensland to drive new business opportunities for TELUS Health's EAP and broader wellbeing solutions.

Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent quota target coverage, tracking all activity and opportunities through Salesforce CRM.

Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual financial targets, with annual quotas of $1M+ across direct B2B corporate channels.

End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to proposal, negotiation, and close β including complex, multi-stakeholder corporate deals.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers within target organisations, positioning TELUS Health as their strategic wellness partner.

Market Representation: Enthusiastically represent TELUS Health at industry events, networking activities, and business presentations β passionately articulating our value proposition and ROI model.

Strategic Growth: Identify market opportunities within the WA corporate landscape, develop sector penetration strategies, and contribute to broader APAC business planning initiatives.

Market Intelligence: Provide ongoing feedback on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs to inform product development, marketing, and service enhancement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client experiences and aligned go-to-market execution.
Qualifications

5+ years in B2B corporate sales with consistent achievement of $1M+ annual quotas, preferably in employee benefits, HR consulting, or insurance sectors.

Proven track record managing complex corporate procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.

Established relationships and market knowledge within the Queensland corporate, HR consulting, and employee benefits community.

Expert negotiation and deal-closing skills in complex, enterprise-level sales.

Strong hunter mentality with end-to-end pipeline development capability.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced sales environments with strong attention to detail.

High degree of professionalism, organisational intelligence, and professional maturity with innovative, entrepreneurial approach.

Ability to work effectively within matrixed, performance-based organisations while delivering results independently.

Strong written and verbal communication with polished presentation skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or customer-focused discipline (desirable).
