Earnings Potential

• Fine and Country agents earn on average between £8,000 and £10,000 per completed sale.
• Exchange on one sale per month and your earnings exceed £100,000 per year.
• OTE £100,000 to £120,000+ based on one to two completions per month.
• Commission is uncapped and directly tied to the instructions you win.
• Higher average fees reflect the premium market you operate in.
