Role Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a professional to join our Global Business Development team. The role involves:

• Conducting technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product for customers and company employees.
• Introducing product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
• Teaching technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to enhance their knowledge of products and technology.
• Promoting and introducing product solutions according to customer needs, providing technical consultation, and supporting key clients.
• Conducting market research and comparative analysis of competitors' products.
• Developing long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
• Testing product features, writing technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborating with the team.
• Analyzing customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree: University Degree in IT or Engineering.
• 2 or more years of professional experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, and security.
• Excellent working knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems.
• Experience in public speaking (as an advantage).
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible in terms of business trips, trade shows, and more.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.

Requirements
