[Hiring] Pre-Sales Consultant for Billing/ Administration @Avelios Medical

Role Description

To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Pre-Sales Consultant for Billing/Administration (all genders) who plays an active role in driving our customer growth from the very beginning and contributes significantly to presenting and positioning our integrated hospital information system (HIS). The role focuses on supporting the Sales organization with deep expertise in hospital billing, reimbursement and administrative workflows, ensuring that customers understand the value of seamlessly integrated administrative processes within our clinical software platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes of potential hospital customers and demonstrating the concrete value our integrated hospital information system delivers.
• Presenting our software solutions in a targeted and relatable way with a strong understanding of hospital administration and billing realities.
• Bringing customer and market feedback related to administrative and billing workflows back into Product Development and actively contributing to the further evolution of our platform.
• Representing Avelios at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings as a trusted expert for billing and administrative use cases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospital billing, reimbursement and administrative processes, ideally acquired through roles in healthcare, hospital administration, medical controlling or related project work.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to explain complex administrative and process-related topics in a simple and audience-appropriate way.
• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and collaboratively shaping practical digital solutions for hospital administration and billing processes.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops and industry events.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
