[Hiring] Poultry & Controls Territory Sales Manager @Valco Companies

Role Description

As Poultry & Controls Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue and margin growth for VAL-CO's control product lines across domestic swine and poultry markets. This role exists to expand customer adoption through consultative selling, strong technical communication, and disciplined sales execution.

This position is remote (#LI-REMOTE) and requires travel within the territory (Upper Midwest or Canada).

• Field and remote prospecting
• Delivering live and virtual product demonstrations
• Partnering with Technical Support to build customer-facing training content
• Coordinating with Marketing on new-product launch plans
• Relaying market feedback to Product Management
• Managing opportunities end-to-end (pre-sale through post-sale follow-up)
• Contributing to operating and sales goals for assigned products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or Engineering
• 5+ years in agricultural systems and/or precision ag equipment sales preferred
• Knowledge of ag business structures or live production; poultry ventilation knowledge is a plus
• Dealer-channel selling experience strongly preferred
• Strong presentation, writing, and CRM/PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to travel extensively in the U.S. and occasionally internationally
