Role Description

For an upcoming project with a pharmaceutical company, we would like to connect with qualified Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives interested in telephone-based engagement with General Practitioners in French-speaking Switzerland.

Place of Work: Home office / remote within Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and support General Practitioners by telephone in French
• Communicate agreed product information and medical key messages relating to prescription medicines
• Raise awareness of rare diseases and conduct structured enquiries to establish whether relevant patients are being treated in the practice
• Coordinate follow-up appointments with the designated client team
• Obtain and document consent for further email communication
• Document contacts and conversation outcomes in the CRM system
• Follow the specified compliance and pharmacovigilance procedures
• Collaborate with the project team and contribute to the ongoing development of the outreach approach

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or equivalent, verifiable qualification
• Fluent French at native or equivalent level
• Good command of either German or English
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales and communication with physicians, ideally General Practitioners
• Enjoyment of telephone-based engagement; experience as an eRep or in digital customer engagement is an advantage
• Ability to communicate medical information accurately and clearly
• An independent, structured working style and proficiency with digital tools
