[Hiring] Pharmaceutical Business Representative @Pfizer

Role Description

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Health and Science Representative is accountable for achieving the sales results for their territory as approved in the territory business plan.

• Responsible for achieving sales objectives for their territory by promoting products to healthcare professionals in accordance with the brand targeting strategy.
• Provides effective coverage of targeted family, general practitioners, and pharmacists.
• Conducts symposia, audio and video conferences, exhibits, and other Continuing Medical Education activities.
• Develops and implements a Business Plan.
• Reports on adverse drug reactions.
• Provides professional public relations in accordance with approved Company policy.
• Maintains all company property, including car, samples, promotional supplies, etc., in a satisfactory manner.

Identifies and reports adverse events and product complaints as per Corporate procedure, including Your Reporting Responsibilities (YRR) training.

• Establish strong relationships with key customers.
• Engage customers in both a face-to-face and virtual environment.
• Attend congresses including coordinating and executing CME programs.
• Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external business partners.
• Demonstrate Pfizer Values and Leader Behaviors including adherence to Pfizer policy and procedure as well as the IMC code and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Superior product and therapeutic knowledge specific to the position’s focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
• Superior selling skills with expertise in reprint use and CME organization of both live and virtual events.
• Knowledge of actual territory will be a huge asset.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) experience communicating at a professional level.
• Networking skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Benefits

• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $63,300.00 to $135,625.00 CAD.
• The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
• Grade level will be determined upon hire and will be based on relevant and/or industry experience.
