Role Description
Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Inbound Sales Associate to join our growing team! The Dealer Services Representative provides administrative and customer support to dealership partners and internal teams. This entry-level, part-time role is responsible for assisting with quoting, policy processing, and maintaining accurate records while delivering timely and professional service.

Respond to inbound inquiries from dealership partners via phone and email

Assist with new business quotes, endorsements, and basic policy servicing tasks

Collect and verify customer and risk information for accuracy and completeness

Enter and maintain data within agency management systems

Follow established procedures for quote handling, documentation, and workflow routing

Escalate complex or licensed activities to appropriate team members

Follow up on outstanding requests and incomplete submissions

Maintain clear, professional communication with internal staff and external partners

Support onboarding efforts for new dealership partners as needed

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Dealer Services team
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Ability and willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within a designated timeframe

Prior customer service or administrative experience (Preferred)

Exposure to insurance, dealership operations, or sales environments (Preferred)

Interest in developing a career within the insurance industry (Preferred)
Requirements

An active insurance license is not required at the time of hire; however, the selected candidate must be eligible and willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license within a designated timeframe in accordance with company guidelines.
