[Hiring] Partner Sales Director @Ada

Role Description

We are seeking a Partner Sales Director to sit at the center of Ada's co-sell engine, turning partnerships into revenue. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales and Partnerships — embedding with AEs to source and accelerate deals, arming partners to bring Ada into their conversations, and shaping the ecosystem strategy that decides which partners we double down on next. This is a role for someone who's equally energized closing an individual deal this week and building the joint GTM plan that drives the next twenty.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnership roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record building and executing co-sell motions with measurable, attributable pipeline and revenue
• Hands-on experience with CRM and partner ecosystem tools, such as Salesforce and PRM platforms
• Excellent communication and enablement skills — able to get both partners and internal sellers deal-ready
• Comfortable operating both in individual deals and at ecosystem strategy level
• Relationship-first mindset, equally effective with external partner reps and internal AEs
• CX, customer support, or AI/automation experience is a plus

Requirements

• Own the co-sell motion with AEs end to end — sourcing, developing, and accelerating partner-influenced deals from first touch to close
• Build and run joint GTM plans, account mapping, and territory planning with priority partners across our primary verticals
• Grow marketplace revenue by accelerating wins through AWS and Microsoft
• Drive net new pipeline growth sourced directly from partners
• Increase the share of closed/won business influenced by partners by advising reps on the right partner to engage, when, and how
• Keep partner-supported deals clean and trackable by maintaining accurate partner notes in Salesforce
• Remove friction in deal registration, pricing, and contracting by working cross-functionally with Deal Desk and Sales Ops
• Shape where Ada invests next by spotting white space in the partner ecosystem and recommending new plays to Partnerships leadership
