Role Description

This is a part-time role, best suited to candidates with the flexibility to work a pipeline of firm-paid leads — this involves multiple scheduled follow-up conversations after initial contact, which is where commission is earned.

We are seeking a driven and personable Client Relations & Sales Representative to join our growing family law firm. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and referral partners, guiding them through their options and our onboarding process with clarity and care. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to our services
• Guide clients through the onboarding process with clear, supportive communication at every step
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure client needs are understood and addressed promptly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that foster trust and long-term engagement
• Convert leads into retained clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Follow up with prospective clients through multiple scheduled conversations, using the firm's proven talking points to help them see a path forward
• Track and report on sales activity and client interactions to improve outcomes over time
• Use our script to ensure each person who is in contact with us invents a future beyond the fight
• Participate in Training and Development Meetings both individually and as a Liaison Team

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client relations; legal industry experience is a plus but not required
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships that foster trust and long-term engagement
• Track record of converting leads into clients through tailored, needs-based solutions
• Strong communicator, able to guide clients through an onboarding process with clarity and confidence
• Comfortable collaborating with attorneys and staff to ensure client needs are addressed promptly
• Organized, with experience tracking and reporting on sales activity to improve results
• Team-oriented, with experience contributing ideas in meetings to improve client satisfaction and retention
