Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to serve new and existing customers in the Southern Pittsburgh Region.

Compensation Structure: $80k base + quarterly commission bonus program; $100k+ (gross/pretax) is within reason for a high-performing rep

Automotive Allowance: $600/month (tax free) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS"

Qualifications

Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent written and communication skills
