Qualifications

• Active real estate license or near completion of the licensing process
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships to understand their real estate needs
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with a focus on a seamless experience
• Proficiency in utilizing lead generation systems to follow up and convert leads into sales
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes and close transactions efficiently
