[Hiring] Outbound Sales Representative @Dehazelabs

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Outreach & Sales Coordinator to drive engagement and revenue growth through direct phone-based outreach to medical practices, healthcare institutions, and other organizations. This role is central to expanding our client base, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring smooth communication between our organization and the entities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical & Healthcare Outreach
  • Conduct outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare administrators to introduce services/products and identify potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate with medical staff and office administrators to schedule appointments, follow-ups, or product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare providers in compliance with relevant privacy and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, where applicable).
• Sales Calls & Business Development
  • Make consistent, high-quality outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and close deals.
  • Present offerings clearly and persuasively, addressing client needs and objections in real time.
  • Follow structured sales scripts and playbooks while adapting messaging to fit each organization's context.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets.
• Phone-Based Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of phone contact for inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • Handle a high volume of calls professionally, maintaining a courteous and confident tone at all times.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, next steps, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Organizational Coordination
  • Build and maintain relationships with a range of organizations — medical, corporate, and institutional — to support long-term partnerships.
  • Liaise between internal teams and external organizational contacts to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Identify new organizational leads and opportunities for outreach expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer/client engagement (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals and organizational leaders.
• Resilience and persistence in a target-driven, high-call-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
