Role Description

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for the platform. You'll prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team, using AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow to research accounts and personalize outreach.

This is a high-activity, execution-driven role with a clear playbook and defined metrics. If you're a confident communicator with strong English skills, know how to run a structured outbound motion, and use AI to work smarter rather than harder, this role is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research and qualify prospects using the platform's intelligence tools and AI-assisted research
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that generates responses without reading as spam
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM, tracking activity volume and conversion metrics
• Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily to research accounts, draft messaging, and improve outreach efficiency
• Test and refine messaging based on response data and feedback from the sales team
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full context and qualification notes, ensuring clean handoffs

Qualifications

• Prior SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills, non-negotiable for this phone and email-first role
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily for research, drafting, and outreach personalization
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and managing pipeline
• Confident phone presence, able to handle objections and rejection without losing momentum
• Self-directed and disciplined, able to hit daily activity targets independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into SMB markets, including verticals like HVAC, dental, or restaurants
• Familiarity with sales intelligence or data enrichment platforms
• Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
• Background in B2B SaaS or GTM-adjacent roles

Work Schedule & Shift Requirements

• This is a full-time role covering 5 days per week, structured as 3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days.
• Weekend shifts are required and assigned on a rotational basis; you must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
• The team provides 24-hour weekend coverage across three shifts: Opener, Mid, and Closer.
• Shift assignments may rotate based on business and coverage needs, and exact schedules will be confirmed during the interview process before your start date.
• Weekend availability is a core requirement for this role, not a flexible preference.

• Compensation paid in USD
• Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
• Paid Time Off according to company policy
