[Hiring] Outbound Sales Development Representative @Pavago

Role Description

We are hiring a rockstar prospecting/hunter, completely focused on finding and qualifying prospects and piquing their interest using a variety of tools and approaches, and setting up meetings for our sales team to close the deal.

Ideal candidate:

• Genuinely enjoys researching, scouring the internet, chasing signals, uncovering gold nuggets, and connecting dots others miss.
• Obsesses over who the ideal customer is, how they behave, where they show up, and how to reach more people just like them.
• Feels energized by spending all day on prospecting activities.
• Obsessive, hungry, entrepreneurial, and eager to work at a fast-paced startup.
• Willing to do whatever it takes to exceed quota.
• Takes initiative and has the ability to figure things out with minimal hand holding.
• Technical, tool savvy, and curious.
• Knows how to leverage the right tools to surface leads, validate them, and reach them intelligently.
• Adapts quickly, learns fast, and is eager to master existing processes within the team.
• Proactive and excited to build entirely new categories of lead pools that do not exist yet.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in the media industry, but not required.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota (i.e. $1m+ in generated pipeline).
• Experience selling a unique product or service in an industry with larger deal sizes ($50k+ avg deal size).
