Qualifications

• 1+ years in a quota-driven, persuasion-based role, especially direct-to-consumer phone sales, fundraising, canvassing, or similar high-volume customer outreach.
• Natural phone presence, proactively handle objections competently and confidently.
• Implement feedback between sessions and protect calling hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple screens and apps.
• Genuinely motivated by environmental impact.

Requirements

• Professional US-based home office with high-speed internet, smart phone, and pre-existing right-to-work status required.
• 40 hours/week; a minimum of 30 hours dedicated to active sales calling during local program hours (9 AM – 7:30 PM PT | 9 AM – 7:00 PM CT/ET).

• On target earnings of $68-$70k annually earned through $23-$24/hr starting base pay (DOE/Location) plus a monthly sales bonus structure.
