Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of driving success in a hands-on technical role, with a strong preference for dedicated Sales Engineering experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Working with Account or Channel Management, owns development and execution of technology strategy.
• Designs solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition.
• Develops strong relationships with sales team, internal engineering, and key technical customer contacts.
• Creates and delivers high impact solution presentations.
• Develops and executes technology strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility.
• Promotes solutions encompassing a wide range of products or services and technologies.
• Leverages relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solutions.
• Leads technical presentations on Zebra products and services and the use of these technologies in the customer business environment.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $105,680.00 - $158,520.00 Annual.
• Incentive Compensation: Opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 25%.
