Role Description

  • Sales Strategy Planning and Execution
    • Formulate an annual regional sales strategy based on the company's overall strategy and market characteristics.
    • Decompose the annual sales target into quarterly and monthly plans, refining them according to customer categories, product portfolios, and regional distributions.
    • Regularly analyze regional market data to dynamically adjust sales strategies and ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets
    • Independently develop and maintain core key accounts, lead negotiations for high-value projects, and achieve personal annual sales targets.
    • Guide team members to formulate customer development plans and provide support in tackling complex projects.
    • Optimize sales pipeline management and improve sales efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish a hierarchical management system for key accounts and formulate differentiated maintenance strategies.
    • Regularly visit key accounts to understand their business pain points and promote service upgrades.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer service problems and maintain brand reputation.
  • Sales Process Management and Reporting
    • Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast revenue.
    • Update sales progress on a weekly basis to ensure accurate regional sales status.
    • Regularly review regional sales cases to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Sales Fund Collection and Expense Management
    • Oversee sales fund collection to ensure timely payments and resolve account issues.
    • Regularly analyze expense data to optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with budget.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Working Experience
    • 10+ years minimum work experience in Sales, including more than 5 years of key account sales experience.
    • Experience in the automotive industry or consulting services is preferred.
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills
    • In-depth understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs in the automotive and industrial fields.
    • Excellent business negotiation capabilities and proficiency in sales techniques.
    • Strong communication and expression skills, with proficiency in Office software and data analysis capabilities.
  • Educational Background
    • A bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or automotive engineering.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong achievement motivation and goal-oriented awareness.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and team spirit.
    • Strong stress resistance and ability to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese/English.
