Role Description

Oversee and create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM.

Provide leadership to all of the sales team across the regions on strategy for the respective product lines, CAS or PAS.

Create and conduct presentations to channel partners, end-users, and internal leadership; represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows.

Work cross-functionally to develop, track, and analyze collected customer & market data and make recommendations for sales execution and strategic sales roadmap.

Conduct projects and programs to generate sales of LiftMaster CAS and PAS products to end users.

Utilize CAS and PAS product knowledge and expertise in the LiftMaster and Chamberlain portfolio to expand competitive market positioning; regularly train and mentor others utilizing this expertise.

Lead and oversee projects in partnership with key dealers and integrators.

Generate and follow-up on leads to fulfill the sales pipeline; determine best approach to close sales.

Track and record activity on accounts in the CRM.

Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications

Experience in sales and leadership roles.

Strong understanding of CAS and PAS product lines.
