The Neuroscience Sales Specialist has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner. Responsibilities include:

Understanding and identifying customer needs
-
Aligning marketing resources and supporting pull-through activities
-
Communicating Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of improving the lives of patients suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders
-
Developing superior product and disease state knowledge
-
Creating local strategic and tactical plans
-
Accountability for effective application of budget and expense management
We are looking for sales professionals who have a passion for patients, tenacity for results, and the ability to adapt and evolve.
Qualifications
-
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
-
3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
-
Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives

Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information

Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours

Territories may require some overnight travel
