[Hiring] National Accounts Sales Manager @Topgolf

Role Description

The National Accounts Sales Manager is responsible for driving event revenue growth across all Topgolf venues by cultivating relationships with key decision makers of National Accounts, high-value vendors, and national brand partners. This role combines strategic account management with proactive business development to secure large-scale event opportunities, expand partner engagement, and unlock scalable revenue streams.

• Partner and work closely with the Corporate Sales team at the Dallas Office as well as all local venue sales teams nationwide.
• Contact and build relationships with key decision makers to secure counter-signed event agreements and manage all contract negotiations.
• Support and work with executives and users across the entire organization as this is a highly visible and complex role.
• Report directly to the Sr. Manager of National Accounts & Event Partnerships for guidance and feedback.
• Interact daily with Event Sales Associates from the field.
• This role will be fully remote and will be a member of the Corporate Sales team and Dallas Office.

• Develop strategic business plan to grow our top National Accounts annually.
• Negotiate annual contracts with senior executives and top decision makers to establish new National Accounts.
• Work closely and educate local event sales teams on the new National Program; execute targeted sales blitzes to leverage relationships within current accounts.
• Identify needs and buying motives, and offer guidance on what Topgolf products will help the client achieve their goals.
• Execute internal plan for account management through Salesforce, sales cycle/transition, production metrics.
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment while maintaining excellent product knowledge across all venues nationwide.
• Represent Topgolf as a brand ambassador at National Tradeshows to uncover new event business and build brand awareness.
