[Hiring] National Account Manager @Lennox International

Role Description

As a National Sales Manager for Advanced Distributor Products (ADP), you will coordinate with large multi-region accounts and local sales agencies to expand ADP revenue and market share. This is a remote-based position covering accounts across the United States and Canada.

• Drive sales growth, brand management, margins, pricing, and distribution of product through large national wholesale distributors.
• Service and grow existing national accounts through effective partnership with sales agencies, regional sales managers, and directly with end-customers.
• Develop business and marketing plans with each national account including support of promotional activity.
• Assist in the planning, set-up, and running of trade shows and promotional events when required on a National, Regional, and Territory level.
• Maintain a relevant and effective reporting system as required.
• Monitor developments in the industry and specific categories to forecast opportunities for company products.
• Provide information to management regarding results from industry research.
• Submit short and long-range sales forecasts and prepare sales strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements.
• Significant travel is expected with this position; overnight travel is expected to be about ~75% in the Spring and Fall and ~50% during the remainder of the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Effective at written and verbal communication.
• Substantial industry and product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Knows principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
