Role Description

Make an impact from home by helping members and families plan for the unexpected. AO Globe Life is hiring Member Benefits Consultants to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. You will provide education and support around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.

• Contact and assist members using company-provided warm leads
• Schedule virtual appointments and complete follow-up communication
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
• Clearly explain available benefit options
• Build lasting client relationships through excellent service
• Work toward personal and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused and people-oriented attitude
• Reliable organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to listen carefully and solve problems
• Comfortable navigating computer tools
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
