Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (Required)
• Current AHIP Certification (Required, or willing to obtain immediately)
• Strong empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect genuinely with seniors
• A growth-oriented attitude that thrives on mutual accountability and open communication
• A quiet home office, high-speed internet, and a high-functioning computer

Requirements

• Conduct high-quality sales presentations and consult over 100% inbound phone calls
• Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, MedSupp, PDP options, and ancillary sales
• Use active listening and high emotional intelligence to build instant rapport with seniors
• Accurately enroll clients using our electronic tools
• Collaborate closely with the Retention Support Team for a seamless post-sale hand-off
