What Closers Do Here:

• Own large recovery cases
• Drive case inventory recoveries with urgency and precision
• Manage provider communications with confidence and authority
• Navigate RCM workflows at providers to close cases quickly
• Strategically follow up on healthcare refunds until dollars are returned
• Hit and exceed monthly recovery and revenue targets
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Prioritize workload to maximize production across assigned inventory

This role is for someone who treats recoveries like a sales pipeline-not a checklist.
