Role Description

Market Development Engineer – Power Supply (Electronics) (m/w/d) at Arrow is typically involved in:

• Joining the DACH engineering team in an international company with 18,800 employees.
• Performing Application Engineering, Sales, and Supplier Management activities on a daily basis.
• Traveling regionally to meet business partners and guide complex power supply applications.
• Field-based job located in Germany and Austria.

What You Will Do:

• Work collaboratively with field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to maximize opportunities in the power sales funnel.
• Design in AC/DC, DC/DC, and inverter customized power supplies and complete value-add solutions.
• Manage supplier relationships to enhance project support for Arrow in the dedicated region.
• Manage a sales project funnel pipeline from opportunities through to bookings.
• Propose optimal technical-commercial power solutions for customers.
• Present and represent the Arrow Power Group.
• Deliver support and training for sales representatives on technical issues.
• Grow the region's power supply bookings, billings, profit, and design wins in line with targets.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in electronic engineering or related field.
• German language on a native level and English business fluent.

Requirements

• Experience with Switch Mode Power supplies.
• Managing power project funnels and pipelines.
• Knowledge of electricity standards related to power solutions.
• Experience with AC/DC power supplies.
• Experience with DC/DC converters or on-board power conversion.
• Ability to discuss customer-specific power solutions with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with energy systems, charging systems, and inverters.
