Role Description

World Fuel is seeking a driven and commercially focused Marine Lubricants Account Manager to grow lubricant sales and strengthen customer relationships across Spain. This is a highly visible role focused on business development, key account management, and revenue growth within the marine sector. You'll be responsible for:

• Driving sales performance
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Developing long-term customer partnerships
• Increasing market presence for one of our global lubricant brands

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating commercial opportunities, and delivering results in a customer-facing environment. Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken, required.

Qualifications

• +10 Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and developing customer relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Spain

Requirements

• Experience selling products or services into the marine industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of marine lubricants, fuels, shipping, ports, or marine operations (preferred)
• Experience managing strategic customer accounts (preferred)
• Understanding of the Spanish marine or industrial market (preferred)
