Role Description
As Manager, Subscription & Custom Services Sales Specialists, you will lead a high-impact team focused on driving growth through strategic subscription services and custom professional services. You will combine sales leadership, executive engagement, and business transformation expertise to help enterprise customers realize measurable value from Adobe solutions.
You will own bookings performance, pipeline strategy, and go-to-market execution across Adobeβs services portfolio. This role is ideal for a transformational leader who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments, builds high-performing teams, and develops trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

Strategic Sales Leadership

Define and execute industry-aligned sales strategies to accelerate growth across subscription and professional services

Drive predictable revenue through new business, account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Own quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and overall pipeline health

Partner with enterprise sales leaders to influence complex transformation initiatives and long-term success strategies

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create seamless customer experiences

Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and execution through CRM tools such as Dynamics

Industry And Thought Leadership

Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise or professional services sales teams and exceeding growth targets

Strength in consultative selling, solution strategy, and managing complex deal cycles

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
