Role Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive brand visibility and product sales through live streaming. This position contributes to the business by hosting engaging live sessions and demonstrating mobile connectivity devices in a live online environment. The role focuses on real-time customer interaction, professional product presentation, and the management of administrative tasks related to streaming operations.

• Host live streaming sessions on eBay Live and related platforms.
• Present and demonstrate mobile connectivity devices including MiFi units, dongles, and routers clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Engage with viewers, respond to questions, and build customer trust.
• Prepare product listings and coordinate live streaming events.
• Manage administrative tasks related to live streaming operations.
• Collaborate with management to refine and improve streaming performance.

Qualifications

• Professional, calm, and confident presenter.
• Strong communicator with clear verbal skills.
• Reliable, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working on camera.
• Have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a work-from-home setup.
• Experienced in live streaming or presenting (preferred).
