Role Description
We are looking for a
LinkedIn Outreach Specialist
to build and manage a predictable system for booking sales demos. Your job is not just to send messages; it is to research deeply, understand who our customers are, and start real conversations that lead to business. You will be responsible for the entire process:

Qualifications

Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).

Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred.

Prior experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.

Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — creating personalized campaigns for high-value clients/accounts will be considered a strong advantage.

Must have a strong LinkedIn presence.

Platform Expertise: Know LinkedIn inside out; experience using LinkedIn Automation tools effectively and safely.

Copywriting: Write messages that people want to read—short, relevant, and focused on "pain points."

Personal Presence: Have a well-optimized LinkedIn profile of your own.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Research & Segmentation: Research industry "pain points" (using Reddit/Quora/Discord) and build segmented lists of prospects who actually need our help.

Messaging Strategy: Create 5-step message sequences that offer value and feel personal, not automated; use AI to help draft, but refine with your human touch.

Campaign Management: Set up and monitor campaigns in our automation tools to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Inbox Management (Crucial): Reply to leads daily; handle objections and guide the conversation until they are ready to book a demo.

Optimization: Track what is working and what isn’t; improve the messaging and search criteria constantly to get more bookings.
