Role Description
The Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Consultant supports the Lincoln brand by delivering ongoing training to enrolled retailer staff and developing strategic plans to drive certification and sales performance across assigned Lincoln dealerships. This role requires a competitive, persuasive, and analytical professional who can influence outcomes and elevate performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong retail acumen, a deep understanding of the luxury client experience, and a proven track record in training and presentation delivery. Key Responsibilities

Promote the Lincoln CPO brand and clearly communicate its value proposition

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers through integrity, expertise, and consistent follow-through

Partner with retailer executive leadership to assess business goals and develop actionable strategies

Deliver ongoing training to management, sales, service, and administrative teams

Identify workflow gaps and implement best practices that enhance the client experience while improving efficiency, sales, and profitability

Leverage program analytics, tools, and resources to guide retailer performance

Complete administrative responsibilities including visit reports, action plans, expense reports, and travel planning in a timely manner

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Experience in automotive operations, preferred

Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage audiences both in-person and virtually

Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including creating professional presentations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Flexibility to adjust schedules based on client needs

Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time
