In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help them discover travel experiences that align with their interests, lifestyle preferences, and vacation goals. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferred destinations, and experience goals
• Present vacation options including luxury escapes, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, and specialty travel experiences
• Assist travelers in evaluating options and selecting travel arrangements that fit their needs
• Coordinate booking requests and communicate important travel information throughout the planning process
• Share exclusive promotions, seasonal offers, and supplier incentives when available
• Foster strong client relationships through attentive service and personalized support
• Follow up with travelers before departure and assist with travel-related questions
• Maintain organized customer records and activity logs within company platforms
• Stay informed on destination trends, travel products, and supplier updates
• Participate in virtual training programs, team meetings, and professional development sessions
