Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent – AEP

Remote Opportunities + In-Person Boca Raton, FL

W-2 | $20.00 per Hour + Production Bonuses

Ark Resource Group is recruiting Licensed Insurance Agents for Medicare Annual Enrollment Period opportunities with a participating client.

• Seeking both newly licensed agents and experienced Medicare professionals.
• Training opportunities are available for qualified licensed agents.

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour – W-2
• $100 per policy after the first 10 policies
• No chargebacks
• Flexible scheduling
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Work Options:

• Remote opportunities are available for both newly licensed and experienced agents.
• Candidates who are new to Medicare may be considered for upcoming training classes.
• Experienced Medicare agents may be eligible for an accelerated start depending on completion of required licensing, contracting, and compliance requirements.
• In-person opportunities are also available in Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
• Ability to follow Medicare compliance and enrollment procedures
• Reliable and professional
• Medicare experience is preferred for experienced-agent opportunities but is not required for candidates entering training

Requirements

• Selected candidates may be required to complete applicable Medicare training, certification, carrier contracting, and compliance requirements before becoming eligible to sell Medicare products.
• Additional information regarding these requirements will be provided during the onboarding process.
• Remote training opportunities are anticipated to begin in late September and early October.
• Candidates interested in the upcoming AEP season are encouraged to apply promptly.
