[Hiring] Leasing Agent @Huntington Billboards

Role Description

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team at Summit Locations! As a Leasing Agent at Summit Locations, you’ll be responsible for negotiating and securing land lease agreements with property owners for the installation of outdoor advertising structures (billboards). A Leasing Agent with Summit Locations should have a strong background in sales, contract negotiations, and relationship management. An ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

• Respond to all call ins within 48 hours, cold call “A” “B” locations to ensure leads are followed through on.
• Initiate contact with property owners and landlords to present lease opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms and rates that align with company objectives.
• Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements, exhibits, local and state affidavits, and all other forms required by the company or government authority. Ensure compliance with legal and zoning requirements.
• Build strong relationships with property owners.
• Act as primary liaison between the company and property owners throughout the leasing lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and correspondence.
• Work closely with legal, permitting, construction, and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from site acquisition to billboard installation.
• Support permitting and zoning applications by preparing and attending public hearings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of cold calling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence and persuade.
• Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally as required.
