Role Description

This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build valuable client-service and sales experience while developing the skills needed to progress into training, mentorship, team leadership, and management opportunities.

You'll begin by learning the business from the ground up—working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and helping families evaluate available insurance benefits. As you demonstrate consistency and results, you'll have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities. No prior insurance or management experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing leadership development.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable using Zoom and virtual communication platforms
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
