Role Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying potential leads to support the sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality leads through research, outreach, and data-driven activities. This role is suited for professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data and outreach tools.

• Research and identify potential leads and target accounts
• Build and maintain lead lists based on predefined criteria
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email and other channels
• Qualify leads and assess interest and fit
• Enrich lead data and maintain database accuracy
• Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead quality
• Track and report on lead generation performance
• Maintain accurate records and activity in CRM and lead tools

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience using CRM and lead generation tools
• Comfortable working with outbound outreach and data research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, process-driven, and results-oriented
