Role Description

As a member of Formed, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and researching companies that may need digital product, web development, or AI-driven solutions
• Generating and qualifying leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
• Building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects
• Initiating first contact and sparking interest with relevant messaging
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Continuously improving outreach strategies based on performance

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs
• Clear and persuasive written communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or CRM systems is a plus
