Role Description

Mad Visions is seeking a driven, proactive, and professional Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients for our marketing and creative services. This role is ideal for individuals confident in outreach, networking, and generating new business opportunities while working independently in a remote environment.

• Identify and generate qualified leads for marketing and creative services
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
• Present and introduce Mad Visions' services to potential clients
• Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus
• Professional and confident approach to outreach

Requirements

• Fully remote with flexible working hours
• Partial availability for client time zones when required
