[Hiring] Lead Gen & Sales Pro @Sofueled

Role Description

We’re not here for boring sales scripts or spammy outreach. We want someone who knows how to talk to people, is naturally curious, and can make things happen. If you can write a message that gets replies, hop on a call without freaking out, and actually connect with people, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll crush this if you:

• Are a natural communicator in writing and on calls
• Can walk into a meeting like you belong there
• Know how to build trust and turn cold leads into warm ones
• Are consistent with follow-ups and obsessed with results
• Work well independently but love vibing with your team too
• Are ready to learn fast, take initiative, and make it happen

Your actual work:

• Digging into industries and figuring out what they really need (low-key detective vibes)
• Finding the right decision makers no matter where they’re hiding
• Writing outreach messages that sound like you, not a bot, and actually get replies
• Listening to people’s challenges and pitching smart, no-fluff solutions
• Setting up calls, leading convos, and fully owning the room
• Following up, negotiating, and closing the deal because you’re not here to just start convos

Benefits

• Fully remote
• Small team with real opportunity to grow fast
• Bonuses and incentives for the hustle
