Role Description

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Qualify leads by understanding business needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
• Educate prospects on Virtualite’s services and value proposition
• Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to sales team members
• Maintain accurate lead activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
• Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions

Qualifications

• Experience in lead development or sales development is a plus but not required
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable in a remote environment
