Role Description

Our publisher book is growing faster than the team can reach it, and this seat exists to close that gap. You will carry a margin number from the start, own your accounts end to end, and ramp in weeks rather than quarters.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate.
• Direct publisher or partner management for an advertiser or a network.
• A margin or revenue number you personally owned.
• A regulated vertical experience (Insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Tracking platform fluency.
• Proactive optimization skills.

Requirements

• Depth of relationship in insurance specifically.
• More than one regulated vertical.
• Experience across both direct publisher relationships and network distribution.

What Great Looks Like

• In 90 days: know our offers, our platform, and your partners.
• In 6 months: running your book independently and pacing against your margin target.
• In 12 months: driven $500,000 in incremental margin.

• Want a book that is already built and a slow quarter to learn it.
• Treat compliance as a wall rather than a problem to solve.
• Prefer to specialize narrowly and stay there.
• Margin at or below $200,000 in a single year.

Total Compensation

• Base: $110,000 to $130,000, set by location and the depth of your affiliate experience.
• Bonus: performance incentive also based on your expertise and level that you come in.
