Role Description
As the Lead Account Manager for the Chinese Market at Scrambly, you will own the full scope of our Chinese advertiser portfolio β from technical campaign setup and performance optimization to B2B communication and strategic upselling.
You'll build the Chinese market function from the ground up. Beyond managing advertiser relationships directly, you will independently lead hiring, onboard, and develop your future team members, and establish the workflows and processes that will define how this vertical operates at scale.
You'll serve as the primary contact for our Chinese market partners (e.g., Lilith, FunPlus, etc.), driving marketing strategy discussions, managing day-to-day communication, and owning campaign performance end-to-end. As the team grows, you will transition into a player-coach role β staying close to key accounts while managing and mentoring your reports.
Your goal is to grow the Chinese market vertical into a reliable, high-performing revenue stream for Scrambly, with a team and processes capable of sustaining that growth independently.
