At Pearce, we are building the service platform that keeps the energy transition running. This is not a passive account management role. This is a high-output, quota-carrying sales role focused on winning, expanding, and retaining key accounts in energy storage.
You will drive revenue growth across one of the fastest-growing segments in energy infrastructure by:

Qualifications
-
3β5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, renewables, or adjacent energy markets

Proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business opportunities

Experience with outbound sales motions including prospecting, account mapping, and multi-threading

Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin awareness, and contract structures such as MSAs, NDAs, and RFPs
-
Working understanding of utility-scale solar and/or energy storage operations and service environments

Highly organized with disciplined CRM management skills, preferably Salesforce
-
Relentless with follow-through and customer responsiveness

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving solutions and high expectations

Low ego, high accountability, and coachable mindset

Driven sales professional looking to grow and make a direct impact on company performance
Requirements

Aggressively prospect and build pipeline across target energy storage accounts

Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and account expansion

Build, manage, and convert opportunities including MSAs, RFPs, service contracts, and spot work

Partner closely with operations and leadership to develop solutions, pricing, and proposals

Drive disciplined follow-up, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce

Expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
-
Develop new logos while growing relationships within Pearceβs existing customer network
-
Represent Pearce at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Operate with urgency, accountability, and strong commercial discipline

Consistently deliver against revenue growth, pipeline generation, and deal velocity targets
